Incredibly cute ice cream spot right in Federal Hill… the staff have clearly worked here for years and are super knowledgable about both where the farms are located as well as the flavors and how it’s made. They also let you try as many flavors as you want which was great because there were SO MANY flavors that sounded good

I love this establishment. The service is always friendly and the quality of the ice cream is top tier. This is easily the best ice cream in Baltimore, and some of the best that we’ve ever had (including Wisconsin). We are newly regulars here, and intend to keep it that way.

The best ice cream in Baltimore and delicious hot dogs as well! Will and Bill are local small business owners who work hard to ensure their ingredients are fresh and their service is kind. They take pride in their shop and it shows through the quality of their products, the well appointed interior design, and their attentive customer service. You wont find dairy farm fresh ice cream anywhere else in Baltimore. I would give this shop a million stars if I could!

The ice screen is not too sweet and great for my taste. I order the moo moo pie but I don't really like it as there is too many peanut butter. My kids had cotton candy and strawberries and they were very good.

Best Ice Cream in Baltimore! MooMoo Cows is the place! Full of flavor, rich creamy delicious ice cream. The choices are creative and delicious. Generous large scoop sizes. The owners are courteous and kind. They are always in an upbeat happy mood. And so am I after a visit to their shop! Pro tip: be sure to get a Moo Moo Cows punch card. Loyalty is rewarded!!!

Great ice cream! Try the soft serve you won't be disappointed. They also offer speciality favors and specials throughout the week. I got their Cinnamon Toast Crunch soft serve and yes it was as good as it sounds! The flavors were great, it wasn't overly sweet and the waffle cone was just as perfection. The service is really good here also we were warmly greeted and offered samples of the flavors we were interested in. The shop has some seating for you to come and enjoy your sweet treats with family or friends. My friends love it so much they came back the next day.

Great, adorable place with the best ice cream we've ever had in GENEROUS sizes. Every ice cream is completely stuffed full of the toppings and flavoring. We were supposed to find they also sell hot dogs and bratwursts cheap, with chips and a drink for $1 more, great deal with how expensive this city is. The owners were so sweet and we had a great time, amazing and welcoming, very friendly, great decor.
